eLearning Skillsets
The FLN coordinators (representatives from Institutes who manage eLearning) have collaborated to develop a set of skillsets for staff in eLearning. This was also done in collaboration with the TAFE NSW - Workforce Development Unit, Janet Hewson and the Training Educational Support Unit (TELS), Tim Dein and Nicola Pegum. The final outcome from the discussions were to develop 3 state-wide skillsets:
