Our customer service approach
As a staff member, you have customers who are inside and outside the Institute. This includes all students, each visitor who comes to our counters, everyone who rings us, and visitors to our websites. It also includes other members of staff who rely on the services you provide.
As an Institute, we continue to establish standards to provide a responsive, high quality service provision to all our customers. South Western Sydney Institute aims to:
- enhance a friendly customer service ethos across all aspects of our business
- continuously improve corporate services
- establish a Service Delivery Guarantee to ensure timely, accurate and relevant provision of service.
