Workforce Capability and Development Unit
The Worforce Capability and Development Unit provides an Institute framework of Professional Development for all educational and non educational staff. The Professional Development framework is underpinned by key state and Institute Directions and policy and procedures. It provides outcomes and indicatiors to support and equip staff to work effectively in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
