Leadership for Admin & Support Staff

This Program veveloped in 2011 is designed to support and nurture productive relationships across SI to maximise their effectiveness at work and to give Staff the confidence to deliver greater value to both internal and external customers. Through this program SI can support staff to nurture positive relationships and facilitate cooperation at all levels of the organisation.  This Program can support staff to create and promote team identify and professionalism at the same time as developing trust and responsibility.

Leaders require integrity, awareness of others and an ability to manage themselves. Strong personal qualities underpin leaders’ ability to positively influence others.  Si wants to nurture Staff to be the best they possibly can and to influence others around them.
