A comprehensive behavioural mapping of Leadership Capabilities across the six levels of the Australian Public Service. The areas of capability identified are broadly similar to Sydney Institute's 3 broad areas of Vision, Integrity and Effectiveness. Of particular value is the way the document identifies:
- The levels at which NEW behaviours need to be demonstrated
- The levels at which capabilities already introduced need to be demonstrated at a more complex stage.
