Alastair is an accredited consultant for numerous self and organisational improvement tools. They include DISC, Myers Briggs, Hermann Brain Dominance, GENOS Emotional Intelligence and Team Management Index.
Alastair is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Technology, Sydney. His area of research is on stakeholder commitment to social responsibility. He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute. In 2005, Alastair began a Masters by Thesis on Business Sustainability at the University of Technology in Sydney
