Child Studies - Petersham West St.- Digital Stories in Childcare
Focus of Project
Re-purpose existing paper-based resources and image files into an interactive engaging visual-text format to further enhance learning and support the knowledge transfer for their students studying Child Care.
The team learned how to develop engaging powerpoint presentations in Adobe Presenter with the intent to develop greater facilitated online material using webcast tools such as Connect for synchronous and asynchronous delivery that could be uploaded to the Child Studies Sydney Institute wikispace and Children Services Moodle platform.

Impact of the project
Re purposing existing paper-based materials to multi rich media files and faciliated online learning objects using innovative thinking approaches to further engage their learners and improve student outcomes...But most of all the content developers across the project Team had enormous fun in re designing the way they can deliver their current learning materials in Children Services for the 21st Century learner!
