Your responsibilities when attending a conference
When you attend a conference you will be required to do the following:

- Notify your manager and Learning and Innovation if you are unable to attend, preferably in time to send another person to the conference (we often have a waiting list). If you fail to do this then this will be considered when you make another application to attend a conference. Learning and Innovation will also notify your manager of your non-attendance.
- Submit a report on the conference. The report may consist of:
- a written report on myLearning (if you have any difficulties with this then contact Learning and Innovation)
- email a written report to Learning and Innovation for inclusion on myLearning
- audio or video recording loaded on the Reports page for the conference on myLearning. Contact Learning and Innovation if you need support.
This must be completed within 2 weeks of attending the conference.
