The aim of the session is to launch a new set of resources for employees participating in and leading performance management and development processes
We have created 4 Just in Time learning sessions that can be viewed from your desk top. Each session lasts between 20 and 30 minutes and provides guidance and scripted conversations to support four conversations you may have:
The sessions compliment the Marana Consulting Training course on Building a productive workplace but are just as effective for people who did not attend the training.
