Adobe Connect - Troubleshooting

1. Run the Adobe Connect diagnostic test at: https://admin.adobe.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm#Meeting

2. Ensure that you are using a recent browser such as and IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, and Opera.  (IE9 - the latest version of Internet Explorer - may cause problems. Stay with previous but more modern versions)

4. Ensure that you are using a recent version of Adobe Flash (which can be downloaded from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . Flash 10.1 is the minimum.

5. Ensure that you have applied all recent Microsoft Patches (this is to ensure that the Operating System is using an up to date Root Certificate List)

6. If necessary, clear all cache, cookies, and other Internet Browser content and restart the browser

7. If necessary disable any ad blocking plugins used by the browser

8. If necessary allow pop-up windows
