This session will include a discussion and overview of collaborative tools including wikis and blogs.
Topics covered will include:
- What is a collaborative teaching & Learning
- Forming learning communities
- 21st Century Collaborative teaching tools wikis, blogs and RSS
- Application of these tools to teaching and learning
- Best practice examples
- Accessing Sydney Institute Wikispaces and blogs
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the session participants should have:
- Identify the use of wikis and blogs as collaborative tools
- Discuss the use of these tools in teaching and learning
- Describe examples of good practice
- Outline how to access these tools at Sydney Institute
