About me
Hi my name is Stephan Ridgway,I work as an eLearning Co-ordinator for Workforce Development @ TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute. I have been involved with eLearning within TAFE NSW for around 8 years, responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of a wide range of online resources, delivering staff professional development and providing support for teaching & learning online.
In more recent times I have been exploring the use of emerging web 2.0 technologies such as social software, social networking etc. in the context of networked teaching and learning communities.
