Virtual Learning Implementation Project 2010
The TAFE eLearning Systems (TeLS) program aims to contribute to TAFE NSW goals for flexible and responsive services to meet the needs of the community, industry and individual learners
The objectives for 2009-10 are to:
- position TAFE NSW at the forefront of e-learning provision
- achieve national and state objectives for e-learning service delivery
- maximise the use and value of the investment in learning resources and infrastructure
- enhance opportunities for flexibility in teaching and learning
The Virtual Learning Environment is a major project of TAFE NSW eLearning Systems (TeLS) Program.
- A TAFE NSW Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) will help position TAFE NSW Institutes at the forefront of eLearning delivery and contribute to national and state objectives for flexible/workplace/e-learning service delivery.
- TAFE NSW VLE Roadmap illustrates the vision of TAFE NSW and enables new approaches to learning through the use of new technologies, achieve student-centred, personalised learning objectives, and ultimately improve course and employment outcomes.
